Years of ExperienceOUR STORY
One of our founders, Dr. Renan Acosta, trained in a home health care agency in the US and saw faster patient recovery as a result of best practices in home health care. This inspired him to apply these practices to his patients, prescribing a Plan of Care. But inconsistent home care practices slowed down patient recovery.
With Dr. Renan’s passionate desire to improve this situation, Dr. Sheila Acosta developed a business model that would support the implementation of home health care best practices in the Philippines and presented it during her MBA in Health graduate studies.
With the combined expertise of Daisy Denham, RN Compliance Officer of the University of Virginia Home Health Systems, and Dr. Raul Destura, quality standards were set at par with the US home health care system.
Home Healthlink was then incorporated by a Board of Directors who were deeply committed to providing quality, innovative and family-centered continuing home health care in the Philippines.
Driven to further improve its services, HealthLink® has continuously been upgrading its HealthLink® Care Programs and the skill level of its staff to give the best care to its patients.
