• Tasked to generate B2B and B2C Leads and Create Channels of patient Referrals for Healthlink 
  • Knows to design sales incentive programs 
  • Forging Partnerships with potential partners. 
  • Onboarding new partners / clients of Healthlink 
  • Working closely with Marketing and Clinical teams to create solutions for Healthlink’s clients. 
  • Focused on Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and partners of Healthlink 
  • Making sure that Healthlink’s Services are constantly and fully utilized during the course of the partnership through weekly touchbase meetings with clients. 
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers 
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence 
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status 


  • College graduate 
  • At least 5 Years work experience in partnership development, Business Development, account management, sales for B2B and B2C markets or equivalent 
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft tools and platforms 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Having a network with HR Leaders / CEO is an advantage 
  • Strong Account management and Lead Generation Skills
