Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Manage the Sales Team achieve sales targets and sales growth
- Design and implement strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Provide Sales reports including forecasting to the management team.
Sales Enablement
- Prepares Sales Team for customer engagements through training, motivational coaching and on-boarding activities
- Manages day-to-day communications with Sales teams such as regular updates to clients about the company’s products, services and special offers
- Ensures that Healthlink meets client expectation through interdepartmental communication and collaboration
- Implements and maximize Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool for client acquisition
Business Development
- Generate B2B and B2C leads and create channel of patient referrals
- Onboard new partners/clients of Healthlink
- Develop creative solutions for the company’s client concerns in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical Departments
- Ensure Healthlink and business partner adhere to terms of contract through constant monitoring of utilization of services during the course of the partnership though regular touch base meetings
Customer Retention and Loyalty
- Develop, implement and monitor relationship building and client retention strategies with new and existing clients and partners of Healthlink
- Develop, implement and monitor strategies to increase customer lifetime value through relationship building, and client retention initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Nursing or any Allied Health Services
- With exposure in hospital and/or healthcare markets
- With proven track record in sales, specifically in partnership development, business development, account management for B2B and B2C markets or equivalent
- Has strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable about CRM software, MS Business applications, MS Teams, MS Outlook, GSuite
