RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tasked to answer direct inquiries of patients
- Respond to Partner Referrals (Health Insurance Partners, Hospitals, Other forms) by receiving and calling out the patient referrals
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing request for quotes for any interested patients that will avail services
- Oversee patient’s journey during the course of the service
- Building relationships with referral channels
- Be ready to be on site during specific partnerships
- Identify Doctors to affiliate with Healthlink
- Identify and generate leads from potential partners
- Achieve Sales Achievement on a monthly or quarterly basis
WHAT IS REQUIRED
- Graduate of Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any medical related course
- Preferably with background in healthcare industry as Admin and Medical Representative
- At least (1) year experience
- With good communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
- Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills, presentation and negotiation skills
- Sharp attention to details
