PATIENT ENGAGEMENT OFFICER


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Tasked to answer direct inquiries of patients 
  • Respond to Partner Referrals (Health Insurance Partners, Hospitals, Other forms) by receiving and calling out the patient referrals 
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Processing request for quotes for any interested patients that will avail services 
  • Oversee patient’s journey during the course of the service 
  • Building relationships with referral channels 
  • Be ready to be on site during specific partnerships 
  • Identify Doctors to affiliate with Healthlink 
  • Identify and generate leads from potential partners 
  • Achieve Sales Achievement on a monthly or quarterly basis 

WHAT IS REQUIRED 

  • Graduate of Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any medical related course 
  • Preferably with background in healthcare industry as Admin and Medical Representative 
  • At least (1) year experience 
  • With good communication skills 
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs 
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts 
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent listening skills, presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Sharp attention to details
