Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities to meet company sales targets.

Contribute to building brand awareness, equity, positioning, and customer loyalty across all key market segments.

Track market trends and analyze digital insights (social media, SEO, etc.) to stay ahead of industry changes.

Benchmark against competitors and conduct marketing research to identify new business opportunities and markets.

Develop and launch programs that drive growth and increase market share.

Launch new products, markets, and delivery systems that enhance the patient experience.

Manage and create content for all social media platforms (website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).

Handle all PR and advertising-related activities including press releases, photo releases, press conferences, and major events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.

At least 4 years of solid experience in Marketing, with a focus on Brand Management and Digital Marketing.

Experience in product management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research.

Highly creative, adaptable, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage.
