Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities to meet company sales targets.
  • Contribute to building brand awareness, equity, positioning, and customer loyalty across all key market segments.
  • Track market trends and analyze digital insights (social media, SEO, etc.) to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Benchmark against competitors and conduct marketing research to identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Develop and launch programs that drive growth and increase market share.
  • Launch new products, markets, and delivery systems that enhance the patient experience.
  • Manage and create content for all social media platforms (website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Handle all PR and advertising-related activities including press releases, photo releases, press conferences, and major events.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 4 years of solid experience in Marketing, with a focus on Brand Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in product management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Highly creative, adaptable, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage.
