MARKETING MANAGER


Job Summary

The Applications Developer shall liaise and work with system/application providers to customize functionality in accordance with evolving user needs.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of Marketing Department’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop the company’s over-all marketing strategy, plans, programs KPIs. and budget.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring of the performance of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities to support attainment of set company’s sales targets.
  • Build industry and company brand awareness, equity and positioning across all key target market segments.
  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management program. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and design and implement customer loyalty programs.
  • Coach and develop marketing specialists for consistency in ad creation.
  • Monitor market trends, digital insights such as social media, SEO, and other digital insights.
  • Benchmark with competition and conduct relevant marketing research studies to identify business opportunities and new markets
  • Formulate and launch programs and marketing initiatives to grow the company and increase market share
  • Develop, launch and manage the company’s product portfolio, markets, and delivery system that will improve patient experience
  • Create pricing strategies that are responsive to the needs of the market yet at the same time optimize the company’s profitability
  • Provide increased accessibility of products and services to widen market reach (geographical expansion, e-commerce)
  • Launch, promote, and formulate campaigns.
  • Manage all marketing communication initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment to the company image, messaging, marketing campaign and the target market.
  • Develop and distribute presentation materials and marketing collaterals (brochures, catalogues, AVPs, posters, banners)

What is required?

  • Graduate of Four (4) year course, Business or Marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least five (5) years solid working experience in Marketing, preferably in Brand and Product Management and Digital Marketing
  • With proven experience in product management, marketing communications, digital marketing and market research. Can creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Has strong business acumen, good analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing start-up company: highly creative, flexible, multi-tasker, results-driven and has keen eye to details
  • Strong team player and can build a team from the ground up and leading a high-performing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in working the health care market is an advantage
