• Assist the Department Heads with staff requirements by posting ads, screening, and managing the hiring process 
  • Organize new employee orientations, on-boarding and training programs 
  • Manage the HR Department’s social media accounts – Facebook and LinkedIn 

Employee Relations 

  • Manage employee conflicts, conduct investigations and administer employee discipline 
  • Regularly update office policies and procedures 

Employee Engagement 

  • Responsible for company’s in-house and external events 
  • Conduct employee satisfaction survey 

Facilities Management 

  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and office inventory supplies 
  • Implement procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Supervise the HR Assistant in the Timekeeping and Payroll Processing 
  • Conduct salary benchmarking 

Learning and Development 

  • Coordinate with Department Heads to determine training requirements for the professional development of the staff 



  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent 
  • Previous leadership experience 
  • Eye for detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office 
  • Reliable, with high integrity and work ethic 
  • Ability to handle confidential information 
  • Resourceful and proactive 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
