Responsibilities
- Identifies needs of patients and offer solutions through HealthLink programs and services
- Assist and guide referred patients in the sales order process (quotations, order confirmations, payments, and documentation) until enrollment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
- Schedule visits to referral channels such as doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct follow-through visits to doctors to prescribe Healthlink’s programs and services to their patients
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with affiliate doctors
- Provide sales reports during weekly cadence meetings
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Nursing or any Allied Health Services
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience or background in the healthcare industry as a medical representative or its equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
- Ability to handle multiple client/accounts
- With excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- With excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail
