Corporate/Medical Sales Executive e-commerce


Responsibilities 

  • Responds to direct inquiries and referrals including patient referrals from HMOs and Hospital partners 
  • Identifies needs of patients and offers solutions through HealthLink programs and services 
  • Assist and guide referred patients in the sales order process (quote, order confirmation, payment, documentation) until enrollment 
  • Build and maintain relationships with new patients through purposive relationship-building strategies 
  • Ensures proper endorsement of enrolled patients for continuity of customer journey 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer service experience.  

Qualifications 

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Nursing or any Allied Health Services 
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience or background in the healthcare industry as a medical representative or its equivalent 
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs 
  • Ability to handle multiple client/accounts 
  • With excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • With excellent verbal, written and presentation skills 
  • Sharp attention to detail
