Responsibilities
- Responds to direct inquiries and referrals including patient referrals from HMOs and Hospital partners
- Identifies needs of patients and offers solutions through HealthLink programs and services
- Assist and guide referred patients in the sales order process (quote, order confirmation, payment, documentation) until enrollment
- Build and maintain relationships with new patients through purposive relationship-building strategies
- Ensures proper endorsement of enrolled patients for continuity of customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Nursing or any Allied Health Services
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience or background in the healthcare industry as a medical representative or its equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
- Ability to handle multiple client/accounts
- With excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- With excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail
